This was my first root canal, and the staff at Innovative Endodontics made the whole experience easy. The staff and Dr. Ballagas took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. Today I went in for a consultation referred by my dentist for a root canal due to my tooth nerve pain when flying. It was a shooting and sharp pain.. So in for a 10 min consult.. 45 mins later and 4 canals done! You feel nothing during the procedure..she even tricks you when doing the numbness thing when sticking you with novacaine. It was fantastic.. as fantastic as a canal can be done. it's now the night(5 hrs after) getting ready for bed and let me say no soreness or pain. The care taken from the team was incredible.. Thank you and your team for the best part of my day knowing that my nerve will not go crazy when flying!

I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. Ten Stars! A friend called Doctor Ballagas after hours when my current Endodontic Dentist advised it would be 2 weeks before a consult for a emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain, she saw me 10:00 A.M. the next morning, set aside time to do the procedures right after consult. Her rates are 20% less than the Endodontic Dentist not available for 2 weeks, just for the consult. Innovative Endodontics also uses Gentle Wave - an added technique to insure long term outcome of care in a root canal to protect the tooth. After I explained my Tinnitus had elevated in December she treated my TMJ with botox to ease Tinnitus symptoms. I can't emphasize enough the outstanding care received and the immediate response to get me out of pain, time taken to do a comprehensive evaluation of other health issues related to TMJ that needed treatment. Dr. Ballagas has a well rounded practice offering services and treatments for TMJ, Root Canal, Endodontics Surgery and Cosmetic Procedures. Her staff is professional and compassionate in care given.
