I was recommended this office by my dentist and quite honestly I was pleasantly surprised not having read any of the reviews before hand. I had to have two root canals done and the treatment I got by everyone was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I left. It is a nice quiet small office if you don’t like chaotic and noisy. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her team to any of my friends. The office is up on all of the latest technology and the gentle wave procedure seemed to make things go a lot faster than the root canal I had a long time ago. The dental assistant Francesca was very good at explaining everything and she even gave me a blanket. Now you know why this place gets so many five star reviews.

First and foremost, this is the only place I will go to for any future work. Estrella and Dr Frances Ballagas made me feel so safe when I came in for root canal therapy. I have high anxiety with any type of dental work, and when I expressed my concerns, the first thing the team did was ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Any type of discomfort or concern I had, they listened and accommodated as needed, and they answered any question I had. The entire procedure was painless, and relatively quick. Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. My wife had a root canal procedure with Dr Frances and the whole experience was amazing. Dr Frances did a great job and all the the staff, specially Maria, was very professional, helpful and courteous the whole time. We recommend them!!

Great office all around! Front desk was super friendly, and Dr. B and assistant were top notch. They both explained everything that was going to be done before starting my procedure and made me feel very comfortable! My root canal was completely painless, I actually slept through most of it!! I’ve always heard great reviews on Dr. B and now I can see exactly why!!

I have been facing dental health issues since my childhood, but I feel lucky to have found Dr Ballagas. I would especially appreciate her for her honest opinions, helpful staff and affordability!
