First and foremost, this is the only place I will go to for any future work. Estrella and Dr Frances Ballagas made me feel so safe when I came in for root canal therapy. I have high anxiety with any type of dental work, and when I expressed my concerns, the first thing the team did was ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Any type of discomfort or concern I had, they listened and accommodated as needed, and they answered any question I had. The entire procedure was painless, and relatively quick. I appreciate the staff’s compassion for their patients, and truly recommend this office for anyone that needs endodontic services. And again, a big thank you to Dr Frances Ballagas and Estrella 💛

Great experience here! Sasha (nurse/assistant) had wonderful bedside manners, the receptionists were extremely welcoming even though we are all going through COVID together. and Dr. Ballagas was prompt and kept my root canal procedure as simple as possible. Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.

Came to Innovative Endodontics to get TMJ Botox to help with teething grinding and cosmetic reasons. Dr. Frances Ballagas and her staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the whole visit. Can’t wait to go back!
