Best dental experience I have ever had! Root canal done without pain she explained everything as she went. The office staff and her helper were so kind and so helpful could not have asked for a better team!

Had my first root canal (hopefully last). Was nervous but my experience was very pain free, with the help of her and her assistant !! Clean & organized space

I woke up in severe pain over the weekend and was recommended to Dr. Ballagas office. I called as soon as they opens for an emergency appointment and the were able to see me almost immediately. Dr. Ballagas was unable to help me because she could not save my tooth and recommended an extraction. Regardless I was very impressed by how they helped me. Dr. Ballagas takes her career very serious and cares about patients dental health and it shows. She was boldly honest which I am grateful for. Hard to find people that will speak truth and she gave it to me straight. She referred me over to Dr. Carlos at CG dental (5 star review) immediately and the office even made an appointment for me. Dr. Ballagas and her staff literally saved me further pain and agony by being honest and referring me to right people. My next root canal will be done with Dr. Ballagas. Thank you so much for everything your office did for me yesterday.

I had a great experience with Dr Ballagas. She has done several root canals and retreatments for me. She is very honest doctor and detailed at what she does. As much as I dislike dental work, I enjoyed every time I went to their office. They have very nice and caring team. Maria is the best! She makes sure your visit is personal. One day I had to come after a night shift work and l was falling asleep in a chair. She covered me with the blanket and let me to rest. If I ever need my root canal done, I will be back with them. Everyone is amazing!!

Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.

I was recommended this office by my dentist and quite honestly I was pleasantly surprised not having read any of the reviews before hand. I had to have two root canals done and the treatment I got by everyone was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I left. It is a nice quiet small office if you don’t like chaotic and noisy. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her team to any of my friends. The office is up on all of the latest technology and the gentle wave procedure seemed to make things go a lot faster than the root canal I had a long time ago. The dental assistant Francesca was very good at explaining everything and she even gave me a blanket. Now you know why this place gets so many five star reviews.
