I was recommended this office by my dentist and quite honestly I was pleasantly surprised not having read any of the reviews before hand. I had to have two root canals done and the treatment I got by everyone was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I left. It is a nice quiet small office if you don’t like chaotic and noisy. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her team to any of my friends. The office is up on all of the latest technology and the gentle wave procedure seemed to make things go a lot faster than the root canal I had a long time ago. The dental assistant Francesca was very good at explaining everything and she even gave me a blanket. Now you know why this place gets so many five star reviews.

Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Ballagas explained the issues, proposed a course of action, presented a reasonable quote and executed the treatment all in a single visit! On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome. I walked in Innovative Endodontics without an appointment and in extreme pain. Within the past week I had been to the ER, my primary dentist and 2 oral surgeons without any relief or diagnosis. Everyone in the office was so kind and knowledgeable. They fit me in, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. So grateful for this practice who is really in the industry to the right reasons. I will forever send all of my friends and family here.
