Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

Dr. Ballagas & her staff are phenomenal! They are kind, thorough, & make you feel right at home! I didn’t feel a thing! I certainly hope I won’t need a root canal in the future, but if I do I would go back to Innovative Endodontics in a heartbeat! Thank you!!

Ten Stars! A friend called Doctor Ballagas after hours when my current Endodontic Dentist advised it would be 2 weeks before a consult for a emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain, she saw me 10:00 A.M. the next morning, set aside time to do the procedures right after consult. Her rates are 20% less than the Endodontic Dentist not available for 2 weeks, just for the consult. Innovative Endodontics also uses Gentle Wave - an added technique to insure long term outcome of care in a root canal to protect the tooth. After I explained my Tinnitus had elevated in December she treated my TMJ with botox to ease Tinnitus symptoms. I can't emphasize enough the outstanding care received and the immediate response to get me out of pain, time taken to do a comprehensive evaluation of other health issues related to TMJ that needed treatment. Dr. Ballagas has a well rounded practice offering services and treatments for TMJ, Root Canal, Endodontics Surgery and Cosmetic Procedures. Her staff is professional and compassionate in care given. The office is modern with newest state of the art medical devices. The cost for care are in-line and average 20% less than other Endodontic Dentist in the Greater Orlando area for excellent care. Today I went in for a consultation referred by my dentist for a root canal due to my tooth nerve pain when flying. It was a shooting and sharp pain.. So in for a 10 min consult.. 45 mins later and 4 canals done! You feel nothing during the procedure..she even tricks you when doing the numbness thing when sticking you with novacaine. It was fantastic.. as fantastic as a canal can be done. it's now the night(5 hrs after) getting ready for bed and let me say no soreness or pain. The care taken from the team was incredible.. Thank you and your team for the best part of my day knowing that my nerve will not go crazy when flying!

Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.
