First and foremost, this is the only place I will go to for any future work. Estrella and Dr Frances Ballagas made me feel so safe when I came in for root canal therapy. I have high anxiety with any type of dental work, and when I expressed my concerns, the first thing the team did was ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Any type of discomfort or concern I had, they listened and accommodated as needed, and they answered any question I had. The entire procedure was painless, and relatively quick. Today I went in for a consultation referred by my dentist for a root canal due to my tooth nerve pain when flying. It was a shooting and sharp pain.. So in for a 10 min consult.. 45 mins later and 4 canals done! You feel nothing during the procedure..she even tricks you when doing the numbness thing when sticking you with novacaine. It was fantastic.. as fantastic as a canal can be done. it's now the night(5 hrs after) getting ready for bed and let me say no soreness or pain. The care taken from the team was incredible.. Thank you and your team for the best part of my day knowing that my nerve will not go crazy when flying!

Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn’t push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

I woke up in severe pain over the weekend and was recommended to Dr. Ballagas office. I called as soon as they opens for an emergency appointment and the were able to see me almost immediately. Dr. Ballagas was unable to help me because she could not save my tooth and recommended an extraction. Regardless I was very impressed by how they helped me. Dr. Ballagas takes her career very serious and cares about patients dental health and it shows. She was boldly honest which I am grateful for. Hard to find people that will speak truth and she gave it to me straight. She referred me over to Dr. Carlos at CG dental (5 star review) immediately and the office even made an appointment for me. Dr. Ballagas and her staff literally saved me further pain and agony by being honest and referring me to right people. My next root canal will be done with Dr. Ballagas.
