I was going on 2 weeks of dealing with unbearable tooth pain. My oral surgeon and primary dentist couldn’t find the problem so I was referred to Dr.Ballagas. She found the problem quickly and treated me instantly. I had a bad infection and she was able to drain the abscess as a same day visit. Finally giving me some relief after what seemed like forever. I look forward to finishing my procedure with her. I can’t thank her and her team enough. Everyone there is very caring and wonderful!! I felt extremely safe & Ive had my fair share of bad experiences since moving to FL.

One of the best dental experiences I ever had! Dr. Ballagas and Estrella were absolutely excellent during the procedure, making sure everything was precise and I would have no pain. Everyone at the office are very helpful, and I never once felt pressured or unsure about the work being done. The most uncomfortable part of the whole experience was how cold the office is! Highly recommend.

I woke up in severe pain over the weekend and was recommended to Dr. Ballagas office. I called as soon as they opens for an emergency appointment and the were able to see me almost immediately. Dr. Ballagas was unable to help me because she could not save my tooth and recommended an extraction. Regardless I was very impressed by how they helped me. Dr. Ballagas takes her career very serious and cares about patients dental health and it shows. She was boldly honest which I am grateful for. Hard to find people that will speak truth and she gave it to me straight. She referred me over to Dr. Carlos at CG dental (5 star review) immediately and the office even made an appointment for me. Dr. Ballagas and her staff literally saved me further pain and agony by being honest and referring me to right people. My next root canal will be done with Dr. Ballagas. Great office all around! Front desk was super friendly, and Dr. B and assistant were top notch. They both explained everything that was going to be done before starting my procedure and made me feel very comfortable! My root canal was completely painless, I actually slept through most of it!! I’ve always heard great reviews on Dr. B and now I can see exactly why!!

Dr Ballagas was absolutely amazing! Her entire team treated me extremely well, the office was very very clean and I was in and out in no time. Estrella did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me and making sure I stayed relaxed. Definitely recommend!

I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. I had no pain and the following day I had a seminar where I had to speak for 6 hours. Zero problem. Zero pain. They know what they do. I highly reccomend them. I know you will find crazy, but at the end of the treatment, I looked at them and said: I felt I was in a spa. Seriously, my experience was beyond my expectations.
