I had to do re treatment of an old root canal and a new root canal on adjacent tooth needless to say i was very scared. I arrived to the office and front staff were very friendly. Inside I was lucky my initial treatment appointment I was with Maria who made sure i was calm, explained everything and even hold my hand during the procedure! Dr Ballagas explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before starting was very knowledgeable and caring! I just had my last appointment everything went perfectly and I had Estrella who again explained everything thoroughly and took amazing care of me! Thank you so much Dr Ballagas and to all the Amazing staff!!

Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. The day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind, and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful.

On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome.
