I had a great time with everyone being so friendly. Yoyi and Estrella explained and showed x-rays of my tooth professionally. Dr. Ballagas was great too! The waiting time could be better but service was phenomenal

Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.

Doctor Ballagas office is a prime example of how a dentist office should be. From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. Once doctor Ballagas came in, she quickly explained everything and performed the procedure with extreme caution and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ballagas and her team to anyone. I was a little nervous about the treatment. I was worried about being in pain and having to put my busy schedule on hold after the treatment but the whole experience was a breeze. Doctor Ballagas is very efficient, gentle and professional. Her assistant Estrella was very friendly and patient as well. I highly recommend this office.

This was my first root canal, and the staff at Innovative Endodontics made the whole experience easy. The staff and Dr. Ballagas took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was way easier and quicker than I expected!
