I woke up in severe pain over the weekend and was recommended to Dr. Ballagas office. I called as soon as they opens for an emergency appointment and the were able to see me almost immediately. Dr. Ballagas was unable to help me because she could not save my tooth and recommended an extraction. Regardless I was very impressed by how they helped me. Dr. Ballagas takes her career very serious and cares about patients dental health and it shows. She was boldly honest which I am grateful for. Hard to find people that will speak truth and she gave it to me straight. She referred me over to Dr. Carlos at CG dental (5 star review) immediately and the office even made an appointment for me. Dr. Ballagas and her staff literally saved me further pain and agony by being honest and referring me to right people. My next root canal will be done with Dr. Ballagas. Ten Stars! A friend called Doctor Ballagas after hours when my current Endodontic Dentist advised it would be 2 weeks before a consult for a emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain, she saw me 10:00 A.M. the next morning, set aside time to do the procedures right after consult. Her rates are 20% less than the Endodontic Dentist not available for 2 weeks, just for the consult. Innovative Endodontics also uses Gentle Wave - an added technique to insure long term outcome of care in a root canal to protect the tooth. After I explained my Tinnitus had elevated in December she treated my TMJ with botox to ease Tinnitus symptoms. I can't emphasize enough the outstanding care received and the immediate response to get me out of pain, time taken to do a comprehensive evaluation of other health issues related to TMJ that needed treatment. Dr. Ballagas has a well rounded practice offering services and treatments for TMJ, Root Canal, Endodontics Surgery and Cosmetic Procedures. Her staff is professional and compassionate in care given. The office is modern with newest state of the art medical devices. The cost for care are in-line and average 20% less than other Endodontic Dentist in the Greater Orlando area for excellent care. An added value to her patients in cost savings.

This is by far the best place I have ever been to. She is such a caring dentist. They are all willing to help you from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I mean who likes to go to the Dentist? I just wish my dentist insurance was better and I could get two more root canel done right now. I have to wait till next year. I was so impressed with the care I received at Innovative Endodontics a few hours ago that I was compelled to write this review. On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome. Sasha (nurse/assistant) had wonderful bedside manners, the receptionists were extremely welcoming even though we are all going through COVID together. and Dr. Ballagas was prompt and kept my root canal procedure as simple as possible. Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth.
