Dr Ballagas was absolutely amazing! Her entire team treated me extremely well, the office was very very clean and I was in and out in no time. Estrella did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me and making sure I stayed relaxed. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

I had such a great experience at the office today. The Dentist was very professional and had great concern for my teeth and well being. I felt very comfortable with both the dentist and hygienist. There was also a little humor in it all; even when there were some unexpected issues that came up. They show you treatment plan and are fully transparent with everything to let you decide if it is what you want to do. The office is immaculately clean and all staff were very pleasant. The waiting room has a comfy leather couch and refrigerator for complimentary drinks. All and all it was an awesome experience !!! Thank you everyone !!

Dr. Ballagas and her staff are wonderful! Getting a root canal is never fun, but Dr. Ballagas is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra step to explain what is happening and does everything to make you as comfortable as possible. From the blanket and pillow during the procedure to the hot towel at the end, this doctor and staff are the best!

Doctor Ballagas office is a prime example of how a dentist office should be. From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. Once doctor Ballagas came in, she quickly explained everything and performed the procedure with extreme caution and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ballagas and her team to anyone. I had to do re treatment of an old root canal and a new root canal on adjacent tooth needless to say i was very scared. I arrived to the office and front staff were very friendly. Inside I was lucky my initial treatment appointment I was with Maria who made sure i was calm, explained everything and even hold my hand during the procedure! Dr Ballagas explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before starting was very knowledgeable and caring! I just had my last appointment everything went perfectly and I had Estrella who again explained everything thoroughly and took amazing care of me!
