Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. The day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind, and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful.

This was my first root canal, and the staff at Innovative Endodontics made the whole experience easy. The staff and Dr. Ballagas took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was way easier and quicker than I expected!

I was recommended this office by my dentist and quite honestly I was pleasantly surprised not having read any of the reviews before hand. I had to have two root canals done and the treatment I got by everyone was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I left. It is a nice quiet small office if you don’t like chaotic and noisy. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her team to any of my friends. The office is up on all of the latest technology and the gentle wave procedure seemed to make things go a lot faster than the root canal I had a long time ago. The dental assistant Francesca was very good at explaining everything and she even gave me a blanket. Now you know why this place gets so many five star reviews.

Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.

Dr. Ballagas and her staff are wonderful! Getting a root canal is never fun, but Dr. Ballagas is extremely knowledgeable and goes the extra step to explain what is happening and does everything to make you as comfortable as possible. From the blanket and pillow during the procedure to the hot towel at the end, this doctor and staff are the best!

Today I went in for a consultation referred by my dentist for a root canal due to my tooth nerve pain when flying. It was a shooting and sharp pain.. So in for a 10 min consult.. 45 mins later and 4 canals done! You feel nothing during the procedure..she even tricks you when doing the numbness thing when sticking you with novacaine. It was fantastic.. as fantastic as a canal can be done. it's now the night(5 hrs after) getting ready for bed and let me say no soreness or pain. The care taken from the team was incredible.. Thank you and your team for the best part of my day knowing that my nerve will not go crazy when flying!
