I had a great time with everyone being so friendly. Yoyi and Estrella explained and showed x-rays of my tooth professionally. Dr. Ballagas was great too! The waiting time could be better but service was phenomenal

I was going on 2 weeks of dealing with unbearable tooth pain. My oral surgeon and primary dentist couldn’t find the problem so I was referred to Dr.Ballagas. She found the problem quickly and treated me instantly. I had a bad infection and she was able to drain the abscess as a same day visit. Finally giving me some relief after what seemed like forever. I look forward to finishing my procedure with her. I can’t thank her and her team enough. Everyone there is very caring and wonderful!! I felt extremely safe & Ive had my fair share of bad experiences since moving to FL.

I had such a great experience at the office today. The Dentist was very professional and had great concern for my teeth and well being. I felt very comfortable with both the dentist and hygienist. There was also a little humor in it all; even when there were some unexpected issues that came up. They show you treatment plan and are fully transparent with everything to let you decide if it is what you want to do. The office is immaculately clean and all staff were very pleasant. The waiting room has a comfy leather couch and refrigerator for complimentary drinks. All and all it was an awesome experience !!! Thank you everyone !!

Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. Thank you to everyone at the facility! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Ballagas explained the issues, proposed a course of action, presented a reasonable quote and executed the treatment all in a single visit! She is professional, but with a good sense of humour and you feel like you're being treated as a dear friend. Highly recommend her!

When my general dentist told me that I needed some root canals done and referred me to a different endodontist, I must admit that I was a bit fearful having never had one before. Fortunately, several of my family members had seen Dr. Ballagas and her amazing staff and they had wonderful things to say. I'm so glad that i listened because the doctor and the entire staff, especially assistant Maria, are highly skilled, caring, compassionate, highly skilled, and very nice. Being a minimally invasive surgeon myself, the GentleWave technology was definitely the best way to go for me. VERY highly recommended!
