Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. Thank you to everyone at the facility! Highly recommended

12/19/2021Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.

Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn’t push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

I mean who likes to go to the Dentist? I just wish my dentist insurance was better and I could get two more root canel done right now. I have to wait till next year. Job Well done to the staff and the Dentist....

12/19/2018Ten Stars! A friend called Doctor Ballagas after hours when my current Endodontic Dentist advised it would be 2 weeks before a consult for a emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain, she saw me 10:00 A.M. the next morning, set aside time to do the procedures right after consult. Her rates are 20% less than the Endodontic Dentist not available for 2 weeks, just for the consult. Innovative Endodontics also uses Gentle Wave - an added technique to insure long term outcome of care in a root canal to protect the tooth. After I explained my Tinnitus had elevated in December she treated my TMJ with botox to ease Tinnitus symptoms. I can't emphasize enough the outstanding care received and the immediate response to get me out of pain, time taken to do a comprehensive evaluation of other health issues related to TMJ that needed treatment. Dr. Ballagas has a well rounded practice offering services and treatments for TMJ, Root Canal, Endodontics Surgery and Cosmetic Procedures. Her staff is professional and compassionate in care given. The office is modern with newest state of the art medical devices. The cost for care are in-line and average 20% less than other Endodontic Dentist in the Greater Orlando area for excellent care. An added value to her patients in cost savings.
