The entire team at Innovative Endodontics is incredible! Like many people, a visit to the dentist is not my favorite thing but Dr. Ballagas and her team (special shoutout to Maria) made me feel welcome and comfortable from the second I stepped into the office. I was going on 2 weeks of dealing with unbearable tooth pain. My oral surgeon and primary dentist couldn’t find the problem so I was referred to Dr.Ballagas. She found the problem quickly and treated me instantly. I had a bad infection and she was able to drain the abscess as a same day visit. Finally giving me some relief after what seemed like forever. I look forward to finishing my procedure with her. I can’t thank her and her team enough. Everyone there is very caring and wonderful!! I felt extremely safe & Ive had my fair share of bad experiences since moving to FL.

Today I went in for a consultation referred by my dentist for a root canal due to my tooth nerve pain when flying. It was a shooting and sharp pain.. So in for a 10 min consult.. 45 mins later and 4 canals done! You feel nothing during the procedure..she even tricks you when doing the numbness thing when sticking you with novacaine. It was fantastic.. as fantastic as a canal can be done. it's now the night(5 hrs after) getting ready for bed and let me say no soreness or pain. The care taken from the team was incredible.. Thank you and your team for the best part of my day knowing that my nerve will not go crazy when flying!

I had to do re treatment of an old root canal and a new root canal on adjacent tooth needless to say i was very scared. I arrived to the office and front staff were very friendly. Inside I was lucky my initial treatment appointment I was with Maria who made sure i was calm, explained everything and even hold my hand during the procedure! Dr Ballagas explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before starting was very knowledgeable and caring! I just had my last appointment everything went perfectly and I had Estrella who again explained everything thoroughly and took amazing care of me! Thank you so much Dr Ballagas and to all the Amazing staff!!

Great experience here! Sasha (nurse/assistant) had wonderful bedside manners, the receptionists were extremely welcoming even though we are all going through COVID together. and Dr. Ballagas was prompt and kept my root canal procedure as simple as possible. I would highly recommend Innovative Endodontics.
