Super sweet staff, made me feel like family. Wish they could be my general dentist. High tech, modern equipment. My root canal work was better than I have ever had done. So very happy to have Dr Ballagas as my Endodontist . Her assistant is Estrella, loved her kind ways. All of her staff, i loved them all! Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Ballagas explained the issues, proposed a course of action, presented a reasonable quote and executed the treatment all in a single visit! She is professional, but with a good sense of humour and you feel like you're being treated as a dear friend. Highly recommend her!

Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. The day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind, and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful.

Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn’t push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr Ballagas. She has done several root canals and retreatments for me. She is very honest doctor and detailed at what she does. As much as I dislike dental work, I enjoyed every time I went to their office. They have very nice and caring team. Maria is the best! She makes sure your visit is personal. One day I had to come after a night shift work and l was falling asleep in a chair. She covered me with the blanket and let me to rest. If I ever need my root canal done, I will be back with them. Everyone is amazing!!
