I was so impressed with the care I received at Innovative Endodontics a few hours ago that I was compelled to write this review. If you are reading this review, it's likely because you are looking for a professional whom you can trust with your dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Frances Ballagas and her staff of professionals at Innovative Endodontics. On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome. The GentleWave procedure is far superior to a traditional Root Canal. I was completely comfortable throughout the one and half hour appointment and didn't feel any pain throughout the visit. To close, because of Dr. Ballagas and her staff, I will not forget about this Root Canal either, but because of the positive outcome and utterly painless and pleasant experience. Michael Sims

My wife had a root canal procedure with Dr Frances and the whole experience was amazing. Dr Frances did a great job and all the the staff, specially Maria, was very professional, helpful and courteous the whole time. We recommend them!!

Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. I had no pain and the following day I had a seminar where I had to speak for 6 hours. Zero problem. Zero pain. They know what they do. I highly reccomend them. I know you will find crazy, but at the end of the treatment, I looked at them and said: I felt I was in a spa. Seriously, my experience was beyond my expectations. Came to Innovative Endodontics to get TMJ Botox to help with teething grinding and cosmetic reasons. Dr. Frances Ballagas and her staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the whole visit. Can’t wait to go back!
