From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. One of the best dental experiences I ever had! Dr. Ballagas and Estrella were absolutely excellent during the procedure, making sure everything was precise and I would have no pain. Everyone at the office are very helpful, and I never once felt pressured or unsure about the work being done. The most uncomfortable part of the whole experience was how cold the office is! I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door.
