I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. I had no pain and the following day I had a seminar where I had to speak for 6 hours. Zero problem. Zero pain. They know what they do. I highly reccomend them. I know you will find crazy, but at the end of the treatment, I looked at them and said: I felt I was in a spa. Seriously, my experience was beyond my expectations. Congratulations Dr Frances and I wish you and your team the best.

This is by far the best place I have ever been to. She is such a caring dentist. They are all willing to help you from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I mean who likes to go to the Dentist? I just wish my dentist insurance was better and I could get two more root canel done right now. I have to wait till next year. Job Well done to the staff and the Dentist....

My dentist recommended Innovative Endodontics when I needed to have an emergency root canal. Dr. Ballagas was highly qualified and spent time explaining everything to me. I was surprised at how quickly the procedure was done. The assistant, Estrella was amazing, and no one could be more kind than she was! Great office all around! Front desk was super friendly, and Dr. B and assistant were top notch. They both explained everything that was going to be done before starting my procedure and made me feel very comfortable! My root canal was completely painless, I actually slept through most of it!! I’ve always heard great reviews on Dr. B and now I can see exactly why!!

Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. The day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind, and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful.
