Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

Super sweet staff, made me feel like family. Wish they could be my general dentist. High tech, modern equipment. My root canal work was better than I have ever had done. So very happy to have Dr Ballagas as my Endodontist . Her assistant is Estrella, loved her kind ways. All of her staff, i loved them all! Doctor Ballagas office is a prime example of how a dentist office should be. From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. I was recommended this office by my dentist and quite honestly I was pleasantly surprised not having read any of the reviews before hand. I had to have two root canals done and the treatment I got by everyone was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I left. It is a nice quiet small office if you don’t like chaotic and noisy. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her team to any of my friends. The office is up on all of the latest technology and the gentle wave procedure seemed to make things go a lot faster than the root canal I had a long time ago. The dental assistant Francesca was very good at explaining everything and she even gave me a blanket. Now you know why this place gets so many five star reviews.

I was surprised at how quickly the procedure was done. The assistant, Estrella was amazing, and no one could be more kind than she was!
