From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. Once doctor Ballagas came in, she quickly explained everything and performed the procedure with extreme caution and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ballagas and her team to anyone. Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. The day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind, and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful.

I woke up in severe pain over the weekend and was recommended to Dr. Ballagas office. I called as soon as they opens for an emergency appointment and the were able to see me almost immediately. Dr. Ballagas was unable to help me because she could not save my tooth and recommended an extraction. Regardless I was very impressed by how they helped me. Dr. Ballagas takes her career very serious and cares about patients dental health and it shows. She was boldly honest which I am grateful for. Hard to find people that will speak truth and she gave it to me straight. She referred me over to Dr. Carlos at CG dental (5 star review) immediately and the office even made an appointment for me.
