The Doctor and her staff including Estrella made my experience the best ever! I felt like No pain and left feeling amazing! I highly recommend Innovative Endodontics!!!

I was a little nervous about the treatment. I was worried about being in pain and having to put my busy schedule on hold after the treatment but the whole experience was a breeze. Doctor Ballagas is very efficient, gentle and professional. Her assistant Estrella was very friendly and patient as well. I highly recommend this office.

This was my first root canal, and the staff at Innovative Endodontics made the whole experience easy. The staff and Dr. Ballagas took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was way easier and quicker than I expected!

When my general dentist told me that I needed some root canals done and referred me to a different endodontist, I must admit that I was a bit fearful having never had one before. Fortunately, several of my family members had seen Dr. Ballagas and her amazing staff and they had wonderful things to say. I'm so glad that i listened because the doctor and the entire staff, especially assistant Maria, are highly skilled, caring, compassionate, highly skilled, and very nice. Being a minimally invasive surgeon myself, the GentleWave technology was definitely the best way to go for me. VERY highly recommended!

First and foremost, this is the only place I will go to for any future work. Estrella and Dr Frances Ballagas made me feel so safe when I came in for root canal therapy. I have high anxiety with any type of dental work, and when I expressed my concerns, the first thing the team did was ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Any type of discomfort or concern I had, they listened and accommodated as needed, and they answered any question I had. The entire procedure was painless, and relatively quick. I had such a great experience at the office today. The Dentist was very professional and had great concern for my teeth and well being. I felt very comfortable with both the dentist and hygienist. There was also a little humor in it all; even when there were some unexpected issues that came up. They show you treatment plan and are fully transparent with everything to let you decide if it is what you want to do. The office is immaculately clean and all staff were very pleasant. The waiting room has a comfy leather couch and refrigerator for complimentary drinks. All and all it was an awesome experience !!! Thank you everyone !!
