I had a great time with everyone being so friendly. Yoyi and Estrella explained and showed x-rays of my tooth professionally. Dr. Ballagas was great too! The waiting time could be better but service was phenomenal

I had a great experience with Dr Ballagas. She has done several root canals and retreatments for me. She is very honest doctor and detailed at what she does. As much as I dislike dental work, I enjoyed every time I went to their office. They have very nice and caring team. Maria is the best! She makes sure your visit is personal. One day I had to come after a night shift work and l was falling asleep in a chair. She covered me with the blanket and let me to rest. If I ever need my root canal done, I will be back with them. Everyone is amazing!!

Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. First and foremost, this is the only place I will go to for any future work. Estrella and Dr Frances Ballagas made me feel so safe when I came in for root canal therapy. I have high anxiety with any type of dental work, and when I expressed my concerns, the first thing the team did was ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Any type of discomfort or concern I had, they listened and accommodated as needed, and they answered any question I had. The entire procedure was painless, and relatively quick. Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn’t push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.
