On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome. The GentleWave procedure is far superior to a traditional Root Canal. I was completely comfortable throughout the one and half hour appointment and didn't feel any pain throughout the visit. Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Ballagas explained the issues, proposed a course of action, presented a reasonable quote and executed the treatment all in a single visit! She is professional, but with a good sense of humour and you feel like you're being treated as a dear friend. Highly recommend her!

Great office all around! Front desk was super friendly, and Dr. B and assistant were top notch. They both explained everything that was going to be done before starting my procedure and made me feel very comfortable! My root canal was completely painless, I actually slept through most of it!! I’ve always heard great reviews on Dr. B and now I can see exactly why!!
