When my general dentist told me that I needed some root canals done and referred me to a different endodontist, I must admit that I was a bit fearful having never had one before. Fortunately, several of my family members had seen Dr. Ballagas and her amazing staff and they had wonderful things to say. I'm so glad that i listened because the doctor and the entire staff, especially assistant Maria, are highly skilled, caring, compassionate, highly skilled, and very nice. Being a minimally invasive surgeon myself, the GentleWave technology was definitely the best way to go for me. VERY highly recommended!

I was recommended this office by my dentist and quite honestly I was pleasantly surprised not having read any of the reviews before hand. I had to have two root canals done and the treatment I got by everyone was amazing from the time I walked into the door until I left. It is a nice quiet small office if you don’t like chaotic and noisy. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her team to any of my friends. The office is up on all of the latest technology and the gentle wave procedure seemed to make things go a lot faster than the root canal I had a long time ago. The dental assistant Francesca was very good at explaining everything and she even gave me a blanket. Now you know why this place gets so many five star reviews.

I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. I had no pain and the following day I had a seminar where I had to speak for 6 hours. Zero problem. Zero pain. They know what they do. I highly reccomend them. I know you will find crazy, but at the end of the treatment, I looked at them and said: I felt I was in a spa. Seriously, my experience was beyond my expectations. Ten Stars! A friend called Doctor Ballagas after hours when my current Endodontic Dentist advised it would be 2 weeks before a consult for a emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain, she saw me 10:00 A.M. the next morning, set aside time to do the procedures right after consult. Her rates are 20% less than the Endodontic Dentist not available for 2 weeks, just for the consult. Innovative Endodontics also uses Gentle Wave - an added technique to insure long term outcome of care in a root canal to protect the tooth. After I explained my Tinnitus had elevated in December she treated my TMJ with botox to ease Tinnitus symptoms. I can't emphasize enough the outstanding care received and the immediate response to get me out of pain, time taken to do a comprehensive evaluation of other health issues related to TMJ that needed treatment. Dr. Ballagas has a well rounded practice offering services and treatments for TMJ, Root Canal, Endodontics Surgery and Cosmetic Procedures. Her staff is professional and compassionate in care given. The office is modern with newest state of the art medical devices. The cost for care are in-line and average 20% less than other Endodontic Dentist in the Greater Orlando area for excellent care. An added value to her patients in cost savings.

Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn’t push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

My wife had a root canal procedure with Dr Frances and the whole experience was amazing. Dr Frances did a great job and all the the staff, specially Maria, was very professional, helpful and courteous the whole time. We recommend them!!
