Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

First and foremost, this is the only place I will go to for any future work. Estrella and Dr Frances Ballagas made me feel so safe when I came in for root canal therapy. I have high anxiety with any type of dental work, and when I expressed my concerns, the first thing the team did was ensure I felt safe and comfortable. Any type of discomfort or concern I had, they listened and accommodated as needed, and they answered any question I had. The entire procedure was painless, and relatively quick. I appreciate the staff’s compassion for their patients, and truly recommend this office for anyone that needs endodontic services. And again, a big thank you to Dr Frances Ballagas and Estrella 💛

Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Ballagas explained the issues, proposed a course of action, presented a reasonable quote and executed the treatment all in a single visit! She is professional, but with a good sense of humour and you feel like you're being treated as a dear friend. Highly recommend her!

I had to do re treatment of an old root canal and a new root canal on adjacent tooth needless to say i was very scared. I arrived to the office and front staff were very friendly. Inside I was lucky my initial treatment appointment I was with Maria who made sure i was calm, explained everything and even hold my hand during the procedure! Dr Ballagas explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before starting was very knowledgeable and caring! I just had my last appointment everything went perfectly and I had Estrella who again explained everything thoroughly and took amazing care of me!
