Like many people, a visit to the dentist is not my favorite thing but Dr. Ballagas and her team (special shoutout to Maria) made me feel welcome and comfortable from the second I stepped into the office. I was so impressed with the care I received at Innovative Endodontics a few hours ago that I was compelled to write this review. If you are reading this review, it's likely because you are looking for a professional whom you can trust with your dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Frances Ballagas and her staff of professionals at Innovative Endodontics. On my last dental cleaning at my regular Dentist, I learned that I needed a Root Canal procedure on one of my teeth. Many years ago, I had a root canal completed on a different tooth, and I can tell you that just hearing the words Root Canal immediately took me back to sitting in that chair 40 years ago. Because that unpleasant memory is so raw and still lingers in my thoughts all these years later, I researched the latest procedures and learned about the GentalWave Root Canal procedure. I also surveyed the best Dentist to perform this GentalWave Root Canal procedure and learned of Dr. Frances Ballagas and Innovative Endodontics. I found Dr. Ballagas and Maria to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and caring while explaining the entire GentalWave Root Canal procedure as they went through each step. In fact, Dr. Ballagas went the extra mile and performed a second GentalWave treatment on one of the tooth roots because it was extra long, and she wanted to ensure I had a positive outcome. The GentleWave procedure is far superior to a traditional Root Canal. I was completely comfortable throughout the one and half hour appointment and didn't feel any pain throughout the visit. To close, because of Dr. Ballagas and her staff, I will not forget about this Root Canal either, but because of the positive outcome and utterly painless and pleasant experience. Michael Sims

Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.
