Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. 12/19/2021Clean friendly and accomating office. I had severe tooth pain and needed some help and this group helped a ton. They gave me a 3D xray and determined I had a bad infection. They didn’t push a procedure on me and said to get infection taken care of first. Since I was on vacation they said to take care of it when I get back. The doctor and staff were awesome and fit me into their busy schedule. Highly recommend.

12/19/2023Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!

Fantastic experience from the time that I called with an emergency, through the execution of the root canal treatment. Modern, high-tech office with extremely personable staff who put you at ease the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Ballagas explained the issues, proposed a course of action, presented a reasonable quote and executed the treatment all in a single visit! She is professional, but with a good sense of humour and you feel like you're being treated as a dear friend. Highly recommend her!

Within the past week I had been to the ER, my primary dentist and 2 oral surgeons without any relief or diagnosis. Everyone in the office was so kind and knowledgeable.
