Dr Ballagas was absolutely amazing! Her entire team treated me extremely well, the office was very very clean and I was in and out in no time. Estrella did an excellent job explaining the procedure to me and making sure I stayed relaxed. Definitely recommend!

Both Dr. Ballagas and my hygienist, Estrella, were wonderful during my appointment. On a referral for a possible root canal, it was clear after an x-ray and a few tests it needed to be done. After much reassurance, walking me through the procedure, and letting me know it would be fast, precise, and done right then and there, they made it happen. Estrella was stellar at calming me down during the initial numbing, and Doctor worked quickly, administering more novocaine when necessary, talking about what was happening to ease my fears, and quite literally helped save a tooth. Thank you to everyone at the facility! Highly recommended

Had a root canal today, Dr. Frances Ballagas was very thoughtful, explained everything in depth and offered suggestions and recommendations. It took few hours and it was easy and smooth. Her assistant (Estrella) was very kind, supportive and explained steps as well. Definitely the go to place in Orlando!

I had two roots canal and the service provided by Frances Ballagas, M.D.M, and her team was amazing. The whole experience, from making an appointment to the end, was incredible. I had no pain and the following day I had a seminar where I had to speak for 6 hours. Zero problem. Zero pain. They know what they do. I highly reccomend them. I know you will find crazy, but at the end of the treatment, I looked at them and said: I felt I was in a spa. Seriously, my experience was beyond my expectations.
