Great office all around! Front desk was super friendly, and Dr. B and assistant were top notch. They both explained everything that was going to be done before starting my procedure and made me feel very comfortable! My root canal was completely painless, I actually slept through most of it!! I’ve always heard great reviews on Dr. B and now I can see exactly why!!

I had such a great experience at the office today. The Dentist was very professional and had great concern for my teeth and well being. I felt very comfortable with both the dentist and hygienist. There was also a little humor in it all; even when there were some unexpected issues that came up. They show you treatment plan and are fully transparent with everything to let you decide if it is what you want to do. The office is immaculately clean and all staff were very pleasant. The waiting room has a comfy leather couch and refrigerator for complimentary drinks. All and all it was an awesome experience !!! Thank you everyone !!

This is by far the best place I have ever been to. She is such a caring dentist. They are all willing to help you from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I mean who likes to go to the Dentist? I just wish my dentist insurance was better and I could get two more root canel done right now. I have to wait till next year. Really happy with them. I have a pretty big phobia of dentists and doctors. I'm very used to doctors and dentists being annoyed by my anxiety and acting like I should just get over it, or that I need to provide some big explanation to prove why I'm so scared or something. The exact opposite thing happened here. Everyone was very nice and no one was bothered by me being nervous. When I mentioned I needed nitrous they let me know they also offer oral sedation. I was pretty surprised because at a lot of other places you basically have to argue and prove you're anxious enough to warrant sedation other than nitrous. I ended up sticking with nitrous because my pain was bad and oral sedation would require me to come back for a different appointment. I'm really glad I went ahead and did it that day. Everything went really well and while my mouth is sore, it also hurts a million times less than what it did before the root canal. I finally have some relief. I didn't catch the dental assistant's name, but she was super awesome and sweet. She explained everything really well and is really personable. She even told me I did a great job even though I'm pretty sure I was a little squirmy haha Will definitely be returning here for the other root canal I need.

Ten Stars! A friend called Doctor Ballagas after hours when my current Endodontic Dentist advised it would be 2 weeks before a consult for a emergency root canal. I was in a lot of pain, she saw me 10:00 A.M. the next morning, set aside time to do the procedures right after consult. Her rates are 20% less than the Endodontic Dentist not available for 2 weeks, just for the consult. Innovative Endodontics also uses Gentle Wave - an added technique to insure long term outcome of care in a root canal to protect the tooth. After I explained my Tinnitus had elevated in December she treated my TMJ with botox to ease Tinnitus symptoms. I can't emphasize enough the outstanding care received and the immediate response to get me out of pain, time taken to do a comprehensive evaluation of other health issues related to TMJ that needed treatment. Dr. Ballagas has a well rounded practice offering services and treatments for TMJ, Root Canal, Endodontics Surgery and Cosmetic Procedures. Her staff is professional and compassionate in care given. The office is modern with newest state of the art medical devices. The cost for care are in-line and average 20% less than other Endodontic Dentist in the Greater Orlando area for excellent care.
