From the moment I stepped in, her team made me feel comfortable and at ease, once in the back Maria continued to make sure I was comfortable with everything and quickly handled everything needed prior to meeting the doctor. Once doctor Ballagas came in, she quickly explained everything and performed the procedure with extreme caution and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Ballagas and her team to anyone. Great experience here! Sasha (nurse/assistant) had wonderful bedside manners, the receptionists were extremely welcoming even though we are all going through COVID together. and Dr. Ballagas was prompt and kept my root canal procedure as simple as possible. Overall, my experience at Innovative Endodontics was amazing. The receptionist, Jazmin, was always very sweet and professional and answered my questions very well. The assistants were very gentle and kind. The day of my GentleWave procedure, one of the assistants offered me a blanket. I just remember thinking, "WOW, I get a blanket?". I don't recall her name, but she was honestly one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever met. Estrella was also very kind, and also made me feel comfortable. I can honestly say that everyone was very informative and professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. Dr. Frances Ballagas was very gentle and informative as well. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Endodontics if you're in need of a root canal. Dr. Ballagas helped me save my tooth and I am forever thankful.

Dr. Ballagas and her team was amazing! My dentist Dr. Castellini referred me to her to redo an old root canal. I was beside myself with worry, since I'd originally gotten the root canal 18 years ago and I had a huge abscess that I had to get rid of. I hadn't had dental surgery in so long, and I imagined this would be my worst nightmare. But Dr. Ballagas and her team put me to ease, the pain during the operation was non-existent, and I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I'm beyond grateful I came to her office for my operation, as opposed to anyone else's!
